Returns and Exchanges
Deadlines and return costs
Once a purchase is made, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return. The return will be free as long as the final amount of the order once the return is made is greater than € 65. If it is lower, the cost for the return will be € 5.50 in the peninsula. For international and island returns, the cost of the return will be the cost of shipping.
Exchange or return options
If you want to make a change or return, you must enter the my account section or write us an email to info@fokkersoriginal.con and we will contact you.
To make an exchange or return, the garments must be in perfect condition and have not been used. They must also have their labels intact and be returned in their original packaging.
The garments can only be changed once for free, the rest will be borne by the customer.
The exchange or return will be made as follows:
The transport agency will pick up the package at the client’s home and once received in our facilities it will be checked that all the garments are in perfect condition. Once reviewed, we will proceed to the exchange or refund.

– Change size / product within 7 days approx.
Repayment term
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 15 days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.
